Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MiS Insights handles information submitted through its contact form.

What we collect
When you contact us, we store your name, email address, message, selected language, a submission ID, the submission time, and email-notification status. The contact-submissions database does not store your Turnstile token, the form's anti-spam field, your raw IP address, or your browser's user-agent string. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to provide hosting, bot protection, database, and email services.
How we use it
We use this information to receive, respond to, and track your inquiry, send an internal notification from no-reply@insights.mis.sa to econ@mis.sa, and protect the form from abuse.
Where it is processed
The contact form uses Cloudflare Workers, D1, Turnstile, and Email Service. Cloudflare processes information as our infrastructure provider. Notifications are sent from no-reply@insights.mis.sa to econ@mis.sa.
Retention
We retain contact submissions indefinitely unless MiS deletes a submission following a valid request or changes this policy.
Sharing
We do not sell contact-form information or use it for marketing without separate consent. We share it with Cloudflare and the email systems that send from no-reply@insights.mis.sa and deliver to econ@mis.sa only as needed to operate the services described above.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete a contact submission by emailing econ@mis.sa. We may ask for enough information to locate the submission and verify the request.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the 'Last updated' date when we do.
